Paula, a distinguished musician and education enthusiast, boasts a diverse and impressive journey that transcends the realms of both art and business. Born in Latvia into a family steeped in artistic talent, Paula's future was deeply entwined with the world of the arts from the very beginning.
Her passion for music propelled her towards the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, one of the world's most prestigious conservatoires. There, she diligently pursued her Master's degree in Violin Performance, honing her skills and embracing the rigors of classical music education. A multicultural upbringing and her determination to excel in her field led to numerous accolades within the international competition arena and scholarships that allowed her to pursue her education in the UK. Her talent and dedication opened doors to a remarkable career as an international concert violinist, enabling her to share the stage with some of the finest musicians and orchestras across the globe.
But Paula's journey didn't stop at the concert stage. Drawing from her family's legacy of artistic and business acumen, she embarked on a new path that merged her performance coaching expertise with the demanding world of quantitative consultancy. Paula's exceptional ability to motivate and guide individuals made her a valuable asset at Quaxitas, where she applied her skills to navigate the intricacies of the consulting industry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Paula's commitment to education is deeply ingrained in her character. As a testament to her passion, she founded a music school in London, offering aspiring musicians the opportunity to nurture their talent. In addition to her accomplishments, Paula is fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian, which allows her to connect with a diverse audience.
Outside of her demanding career, Paula remains connected to her musical roots, holding professorships at several prestigious London conservatoires.
